Replay issue

Featured Replies

OK - this isn't the first aircraft that I've had this happen to me with.I just bought the b-25. This is probably the sweetest friggin' plane I have ever seen or flown, and I own a number of quality addons. GREAT JOB AND SCREW RCS! :)Anyway, after landing at O'hare after flying around for a couple of hours, I did my first landing in the in plane. I wanted a screenshot for posterity - so I paused the sim, and did a replay of the landing. Now the problem - during the replay, the landing gear went back up into the aircraft!! I got my landing, but it was like I was hovering. When I started the replay, I heard the copilot say something about the gear going up and I was watching in external view and sure enough the landing raised and I landed on air.Why does this happen? I've never had it happen to any of the FS default A/C, but I've had it happen with the FFG learjet and now the B-25. Is there something wrong w/ my FS2002 cfg or something?Help! My first landing screenie was ruined by this! :)Thanks!

Interesting...I'll have a play if I get chance, tomorrow, and see what happens on my systems. I really ought to learn how to use the replay function at some time, I guess! :-hah(How long have I been playing with these sims...? I have *never* used replay. ;-))Ian P.:-halo

I think I figured out a fix for this - if you put the sim in pause mode before going to the options/replay menu the landing gear will not go up into the aircraft.

Thanks for the update, I'll check that out as well - you've got me interested now! :-hahIan P.:-halo
