Need help with BT

Featured Replies

Hey all, first, I just have to say thank you to the maam team for this great Plane, as well as there dedication to keeping the real Briefing Time and other warbirds flying!Anywho, heres my probelm. when I sart a flight in BT, without touching anything, I have full control over both engines..BUT, as soon as I try the engine select keys "E,1,2" I can only control #1(right) engine. I cant no matter how many times I select just 2 or both, I can only control #2 via mouse. Now, when I first got BT, it was working fine, but then I had to re-install it, not I've got this problem. So, I tryed re-installing it again, and again, even FS2K2. So, I tryed it on my friends new DELL 1.8, Same thing. Please help, Im dying to get my hands back on the throttle..hehe!

Hello,'m not sure you'll like this answer, but it's the best we have so far! ;-)The trick is to hit the e,1 and 2 keys all at the same time. I mean *exactly* the same time. It is possible, but is a major pain in the rear. Unfortunately it doesn't only affect BT, it affects a large number of add-on aircraft, so it obviously isn't that easy to fix or everyone would be doing it! :-(Anyway, it can be done, I personally have done it umpteen times, before deciding to reallocate levers on my throttle to do control engines while I manoeuvre on the ground, so give it a try.Good luck! :-hahIan P.:-halo
