When i open up some of the videos, such as 'Taxi' and 'Land' with Windows Media Player 9 the the program crashes when its halfway through. It doesnt happen with some of the other videos though. I have tried running these clips in the previous version of WMP but still the same. Here are my system statsP4, 512MBRAM DDR, 1.8ghz, Win Xp, WMP9.

You need to download a different media player. I think the BT manual refers to this. EdW
