But I have looked and searched everywhere and cannot find anything on this, if this has been asked in some other forum, please forgive me. The problem I have is when I installed the Enviorment upgrade pack I turned on my lights on my aircraft and they flash about 3 times faster than normal, any ideas?Sorry again.

Do a search in this forum. I remember seeing a fix that involved editing the effects file in a text editor that fixed this. Hope this helpsMark Underwood(Adelaide, Australia)

The original author has done a fix for this problem. Look in the library and I remember that it was not the environmental upgrade that caused this but the rain and snow on runwayeffect. Whatever package you mean both have been fixed.
