How do I get my R4D 8th edition up to FSX?

Featured Replies

Hi all,Sorry for the bother, but I am having to reinstall everything on my new PC. I have the 8th edition CD, which I know was for FS9 at the time. I had the MAAM R4D working under FSX SP1 on my old PC, but can't for the life of me remember what I had to do to get it FSX current. That hard drive is no more. I am not reinstalling FS9 again, so what is the easiest way for me to do this? Thanks.

Just go to our freebie page and download the FSX update stuff, Mr. t:http://www.maam.org/flightsim/enhance/r4d_enhance.htmFollow the instructions to the letter and you'll be good to go. Ahhh.... now I remember. The instructions are in the FSX update file! I was afraid I was going to have to install FS9 temporarily just to get my DC-3 back.Everything is installed and working in FSX again. Thank you, sir!
