R4D in FSX

Featured Replies

I re-installed my DC-3 MAAM package in FSX yesterday along with the 2 patches, and everthing is working great. Just one question as I suspect I did something wrong. On a couple of the aircraft versions I have somehow created multiple versions of the same aircraft,i.e. the R4D.When I added the texture patch I suspect I did it one to many times, texture and texture.1 for some of the models. Whats the best way to fix this?

I suggest you open aircraft.cfg with the notepad (you will find one in every airplane folder) and check for multiple entries in the title line. Delete the double sections wich you should see in square brakkets as [fltsim.0]title=R4D NATS BM renumber your entries in sequence. The title line has to be unique.I hope this helps.CheersHartwig
