Rough ground on Aiport 2000 Airfields

Just noticed this within the last few day. parts of my Airport 2000 airports have very rough ground and will crash a taxiing airplane. Has anyone got a solution for this. I tred putting a flatten line in with the proper layer in the scenery.cfg file but this hasn't worked.
