Well frameratewise, I think you will be in the top 5% of all AVSIM forum flyers.I don't see any weak links in your system specs.And by the way I saw a link here recently to an interesting article where a test showed no more than 3-5% difference between top brand names of DDR 400 RAM, and plain no name DDR 400 RAM, so that's not an issue. Just in case system seems really slow, the first thing to try is to pull out one of the sticks of RAM and retest. They could both be OK but mismatched to each other.Sitting on the FS default Seattle RY should give around 30 f.p.s. with most every display option maxed out except AA,AF, and ground scenery shadows; perhaps 35 at Meigs, Chicago.
