December 12, 200421 yr I have a brand new computer:P4 3.6ghz 1024 MGb RAM, Radeon 800XT PE, 60ghz harddrive. The thing rocks with FS9 with almost all sliders up, USA Roads, and Ultimate Traffic. I can finally use the PMDG 737 and some of the other high end stuff! Problem is, after awhile I get an error message saying I have run out of virtual memory. It is currently set at the default - like 1024Mgb minimum and 3000mgb max. Everything I've seen here related to the subject suggests these settings. What else am I missing? I use enditall to get rid of all the background stuff. Thanks!David
December 12, 200421 yr Hi David,See this thread and related links: http://forums.avsim.net/dcboard.php?az=sho...e=search#198513Greg
December 12, 200421 yr Greg,I think that did it! I didn't have a lot of addon scenery on my new system yet so it wasn't too hard to track down. I have the FSGenesis Land Class but that self installed properly in the Base folder. The culprit seemed to be a few addon Colorado ski areas (that I love, by the way) and it occured to me that they are probably just landclass files and sure enough they were in the World Scenery folder with no texture. I've since put bgl files loose in the Base folder and that seems to work. Thanks for the help!David
