April 3, 200521 yr Anyone have a good map for their yoke? I'm trying to decide on what to map to what using the CM software. So far I have:Joystick button Action Shifted_Action 1 CM SHIFT BUTTON2 Toggle TrackIR(F12) Center TrackIR(F11)3 Rudder Trim Left Aileron Trim Left4 Rudder Trim Right Aileron Trim Right5 Spoiler Extend/Retract Arm Auto-Spoiler6 Gear Up/Down7 Flaps Up8 Flaps Down9 View Select COM2 Swap10 PTT COM1 Swap11 Elevator Trim Up COM2 TxRx12 Elevator Trim Down COM1 TxRxHat Up Panel aHat Left Panel bHat Down Panel cHat Right Panel dThis leaves 4 "buttons" to assign later. With FSUIPC I assign aircraft specifics for the 4 main panels used for that aircraft to the hat switch positions. The left yoke side is pretty much dedicated to communications functions, with the exception of the SHIFT and elevator trim. You can switch between com1/2 and swap frequencies on them. My thinking here was that you could have all your frequencies programmed in beforehand and then not have to open your radio panel until you were on the ground. (This assumes your flying on VATSIM where radio ops are important.)If anyone has any ideas for the last few buttons let me know. Or if you have a better map let me know!
