How do I get rid of this?

I have built my new system (see thread "Built My Dream System), but I do have a software problem that is aggrevating. While flying today, all of a sudden FS9 minimizes and the dial up dialogue box pops up! For some reason this happens periodically but I cannot trace down the cause or trigger that calls up the dialer. I have turned off every automatic updater I can find, Windows, AVG, MS Anti-Spyware, Kodak, HP, and a few others. This was a problem on the old system and now it has appeared on the new one. MS AutoScheduler does not show anything scheduled for auto dialing either. When It happens, I check applications and processess but nothing shows up applications as running, and I don't see anything suspicious in processess.If I can find it I'll kill it - dead - gone - splat!Any ideas?Dave (Leafhopper) Sheridan
