Hello everyone,I am looking for a good computer (from dell)! My computer is not bad (p4 2.8 GHZ, 1.5GB ram, ATI 9800XT 256MB, 40GB hard ...)which one of these do you suggest:1)p4 3.6 GHz with HT ...2)p4 3.8 GHz with HT ...3)p4 3.4 GHz dual core technologyor4)p4 3.2 GHz dual core HT technology? The last one is the most expensive one but I am not sure if 3.2 GHz is enough?!? and their XP generaion does not have anything better than the last one. I know fs does not support dual core but make your suggestion based on now and future use of the computer.I am only worried about the processor. i don't want to waste my money. So I am looking for advice. Please help me choose. These are the only options for me right now.I really appreciate your comments. Thanks a lot,Reza

Well, my specs are just about exactly the same as yours. I noticed a big gain when I went from a P4 1.8 to a 2.8 so based on your choices above I would probably choose the P4 3.8. And that's based on what FS2004 uses today. Now when I do consider upgrading I will refresh my research and check out the 64 bit processors as thats where I think FS will be heading down the road... but who really knows.Computer:Intel P4 2.8, Asus MB 533FSB1.5gig 2700 DDR 333MHz RAMATI 9700 Pro (Catalyst 5.7 DirectX 9.0c)(6)WD Harddisks (3)HP Trinitron 21" Monitor setupCH Throttle, Pedals, YokeAudigy2 ZS sound systemWinXP Pro (SP2)good luck

Thanks,I think dell dimension xp is compatible with 64 bit. Correct me if I am wrong but everything seems to be ok with 64bit in the spec of that computer.Very hard decision since I don't know if I should buy the 3.8GHz HT or the 3.2 dual core/HT one!!!Hopefully more comments will help. Thanks again,Reza
