October 5, 200520 yr HiIve recently reformatted my hard drive and reinstalled FS9 and all my addonsActiveSkyFlightSim Commander 7Aussim Piper WarriorAustralia Terrrain Mesh and other addons from AvsimFSUIPCNo problems at time of instillation, and before reformatting my FS9 ran magnificently no crahses no problems now when Im trying to start a flight from a remote Australian airfield I barely start my flight with online weather and the sim crashes, this is the microsoft error reportC:Documents and SettingsMy NameApplication DataFS9fs9.CFG.txtC:Documents and SettingsMy NameApplication DataFS9fs9.dxdiag.xmlC:Documents and SettingsMy NameApplication DataFS9fs9 scenery.cfgI hope someone can help me with this, especially frustrating knowing that everything was okay prior to reformattingThanks
October 6, 200520 yr Hi Dave, did you install the mainboard drivers? Does the error report point to a FS-module? If you need more assistance, system details etc would be helpful. Good luck and kind regards Jaap
October 7, 200520 yr Did you change the graphic driver? If you're using the latest NVIDIA driver I'd might rely to some incompatibility with ASV. I am experiencing similar issues and go back to a previous driver.Good luck, Sam
October 8, 200520 yr HISam, I was actually incorrect I still had problems with the Nvidia driver, I downloaded from their website, my video card is a GeForce Fx 5200 128mb, had tried a Omega driver also but had crashes...the problem was the BIOS I had tweaked it and apparantly the driver did'nt like it so I set back to default setting and fixed the problem.Thanks
