Default panel / video drivers

Featured Replies

Please can anyone help out with a default 2D panel display problem? I recently installed some 61.12 drivers for the Geforce 4 Go 460 video card in my Toshiba laptop. The quality and performance of the drivers in flightsim is very good however i noticed that *all* the default 2D panels are 'stretched' out and expanded on screen. When i go back to the default 36.38 drivers then everything is ok but fs9 graphics are not that good. So really is there a way to use the updated drivers and get the panel back to normal? I deleted the fs9.cfg file but it makes no difference. I think the drivers have been modded but why do they affect just the default panel? It's not easy to get updated video card drivers on a laptop, Nvidia does not support notebook graphics and so you have to contact the manufacturer, and guess what, Toshiba has 36.38 drivers listed as the latest for this video card on the website lol. Thanks for any help.
