LCD Monitors

While doing a little research prior to having a new system built (looks like it will be AMD64 4000+ on ASUS A8N-E w/1Gb or 2Gb RAM & a 6800GT video card), I came across this: http://www.hardwarecentral.com/hardwarecentral/news/6056/1/What caught my eye is the 1000:1 contrast ratio they claim (2nd para.) I also notice they seem to have slightly higher contrast ratios than most although I only researched 4 or 5 brands. The only downside is slightly higher price.FWIW.Cal (CYXX)
