Just build a new system and need help.please

I just build a new amd system thanks guys for the imputim playing it on my mitsubshi 60" dlp tv and im trying to use 1280x720p. However my i cant see the edges on my tv it says it would need 1150 x 640. 2. Im getting 20-30fps sometimes even 15-25 fps when i go to miami or jfk or when i look straight at clouds. also Hey guys 1 more question. I have been playing ms-sim and on far distance scenery such as 15nm + it looks blurry also when im on apporach and i have the airport in sight less than 10nm and i can see terminal buildings I cant see runway lights. Only until im 5-7nm away or even less sometimes. At night either my night scenery looks very blurry lighting or it looks like the lights are moving (little ants )atleast thats how the citys look like. Any ideas on fixing this?I taught i would get atleast a steady 30fps with terrain at 70% secnery at dense extended terrain textures and night/day blending.What would you recommend and what should i do over the next 2 months i plan to upgrade some stuff little by little i just idint have the money to do it now. This is what i buildamd 3200+ cpu512mb ramnvidia 5900 256mb ram 16x pci expressasus sli-premium nforce 4windows xp promitsubishi 60"dlp tv (any ideas on getting drivers?)
