Night Texture Problem

Featured Replies

Ok, eversince I got a new monitor that supports 1600 x 1200 i've been running flight sim in that resolution. Everything is great until I switch to night time. Then all the textures are affected and white landing lights and clouds are green, and everything becones very geometrical. I even switched back to 1280 x 1024 and tried x 16 and x 32 on both 1600 and 1280 with no avail. What should I do? I have attached a screen capture. ThanksIn the picture, look at the landing light, beacon light, green/purple clouds. Green and purple seem to be the only *new* colors.Thanks,Richhttp://forums.avsim.net/user_files/137154.jpg

Looks like 16-bit colour selected instead of 32-bitAllcott

I know, that's what I thought, but its the same in 32 bit, just to a lesser degree. Any other thoughts on this? I'm puzzled.Blue Skies,Rich

Hello there,I just wanted to know if this problem had been solved, because I am currently experiencing the same: green landing lights and clouds , and everything geometrical. I tried many changes on both resolution and colors (32 to 16 bits and vice versa) without success.I suspect this to have appeared when I tried a dual-monitor configuration (but not sure)Ritch, what did you do finally? Can any other one help? Thanks very muchHappy landingsClement
