January 12, 200620 yr Hi all! I have a computer built on an ASUS A7V8X-X board. The processor is an AMD XP2200, and the power supply is a 400 watt unit. On FS9 I was running low frame rates so I decided to upgrade my RAM and video card. I was running 512mb of DDR2700 333mhz memory and a Nvidia FX5200 video card. I installed another 1.5gb of memory for a total of 2gb. I ran FS9 and my frame rates went up, not as much as I had hoped but about 4 to 5 fps. Then I installed an ASUS N6800XT/TD 128 video card and my frame rates have gone DOWN by about 2 to 3 fps. I removed all traces of NVIDIA files from the computer that I could find, shut down, restarted and installed the newest NVIDIA driver, which I think was 81.98. No change in frame rates. Can anyone tell me why my frame rates went DOWN when I installed this new card? Also, on NEWEGG, in the reviews for this card, they say that you can unlock 4 pixel pipelines to give a total of 12 pipelines. Can anyone tell me how to do that? I'm not overclocking anything at this time, maybe thats something that I should look into doing. Thanks for the help, I appreciate it.Phil
