Meljet 777/RFP 747 frame rates

Can anyone tell me why the et 777 should bring my PC to a slide show? With the Meljet 747 my FPS are a solid 30 (Locked at 30) even in dense scenery such as London Airports, with the PSS Airbus which is also a very detailed model I get 25-30 FPS.
