Do I remember that you are using the on-board video? If this is correct, then there it's no contest. You need a video card.I added a PCI video card (I don't have an AGP slot) to my HP and saw a hugh difference.My system came with 256 MB of RAM and I upgraded to 512 and saw decent increase in performace but not as great as the video card.Next I took out a 256 MB memory module and replaced it with 512 MB module for a total of 768 MB. I saw little improvement with this change. R-
