Hi jrphcien, welcome to Avsim. Sorry to hear your nice setup is doing that and first off, this might be something for a cockpit builder's forum and folks who know this kind of multiple PC setups and their quirks? Otherwise, the usual questions: - What's the history of the system and did it always behave like that? - Any hardware or software added/changed recently? - FS9.1 or 9.0? - Do you get error messages or blue screens with STOP messages? My first reaction would be to remove the ATI card and see what happens. Mixing different display adapters and thus drivers can lead to probs. AFAIK, a German multi-monitor colleague of yours swears he can only use a PCI Matrox Mystique 4MB in combination with his Parhelia. To help exclude your troubles aren't memory related, I would suggest getting memtest86+ from www.memtest.org and let it run at least 10 passes (the more the better). Since heat can also be a prob (crashes after 45-60min could be a pointer in that direction), does it also happen in the same timeframe when you open the case and have a lot of fresh air inside? What kind of CPU cooler are you using? Hope this adds to thoughts. Good luck and kind regards Jaap
