New 34 inch LCD Owner seeks setup/settings help

Just bought a Samsung 34 inch "r328w" lcd last night and need some tips on setting for both the card and tv.I have a Nvidia 6800gt oc.Ive been playing around with all the settings trying to dial in and good setup.I would like some settings tips from other large screen lcd owners running fs9.Im particularly interested in the vid card settings.Such as which timing method works best,Color settings ect.Overall Im happy but its a different world coming from a 21 inch crt.Last night I had to turn on the lights cause I was getting sick. First time Ive gotten bad vertigo from FS9!!!So any tips on getting the best overall picture and experience are welcomed.
