Every time I try to defragment my HD after installing BEV, my computer fails and shuts off. It seems like my power goes out on my pc and I need to reset my power. Do you know what could be causing this and is there a way to check for errors on my pc? ThanksBrad

Turn off any screensavers and power settings that would make the PC go into standby, and all background tasks that access your hard drives.
