CH Throttle pulsating and cant calibrate HELP!!!!!!

Hi The throttle on my CH yoke started pulsating.I can watch the leaver in the sim flickering up and down. I went into the CH controle manager and tried re calibrating and now its stuck pulsating in the calibration section half way up.Where do I go from here.I was thinking of doing a complete re and re of the CH gear and the Manager.
