Strange problem with Joystick

Featured Replies

I'm having a very strange problem with my two joysticks (Logitech Attack3 and Genius MaxFighter F31U)in both FS2004 and CFS.Basically, both programs run perfectly when I'm using the keyboard but as soon as I plug in any of the joysticks, problems starts. In FS2004 I can't even take off because when I plug the joystick, brakes are applied the whole time (I can't release them.... not even with the keyboard). In CFS when I start a qucik figth, without even touching the joystick the plane starts to shoot all the time and I can't control the throttle (it will always come back to zero and my plane will stall).Doesn't matter what I do, this problem doesn't go away.It looks like when you plug the joystick, some of the buttons will always be activated.Any body with a similar issue ?

I just realized that even with the joysticks unplugged I'm having this problem. It happens whenever I check "enable joystick" in options. No joystick connected, you select enable joystick and the brakes will apply automatically and engine won't respond. Also the nose wheel turns right.
