April 15, 200620 yr I've searchd the forums and searched the web and read the readme's, but I'm obviously missing something. I installed the CH Products throttle quadrant (TQ) and the problem is that the throttle axis on my Sidewinder Precision Pro joystick keeps overriding the throttle assignment on the quadrant.I started off with a fresh copy of fs9.cfg.I calibrated the Sidewinder and the TQ in Windows before starting FS9--all the buttons and levers work. Then I went into FS9, on Settings, and selected axis assignment. I removed the "throttle" axis from the joystick but left aileron, rudder, and elevator intact. Then I selected axis assignment on the CH TQ. I assigned the first lever to spoilers, the second to throttle engine 1, and the third to throttle engine 2.I adjusted the sensitivities to max on all the axes. A deleted all the other axes that showed up.The problem is that flying, the joystick throttle STILL controls engine 1, and the CH TQ lever that I had assigned to the throttle for engine 1 does nothing at all. The lever I assigned to engine 2 works fine, as does the TQ lever I assigned to the spoilers. It's just the engine 1 throttle I can't get right.Going back into settings/assignments/axis, the joystick throttle axis still shows DELETED, but in the sim it is still overriding the CH TQ. What am I doing wrong? Thanks guys.---Will
