Under Display Properties/Settings - Yes there are two monitor icons showing. The icons even change size if I change the resolution of one of the monitors but the monitors themselves continue to show exactly the same thing at exactly the same resolution (that of the primary monitor). Both monitors continue to show the mouse pointer as well.
