Blurries & Jaggies

Blurries & JaggiesThis just may help some frustrated 'pilot' who's PC monitor/monitors has/have just developed a bad case of the blurries and jaggies. For the last few days my 2 screens either went blurry or developed a bad case of the jaggies- you would think you had turned Anti-Alias... off.Re-booted computor - same problem - reinstalled drivers -same problem, etc etc etc I was going to reboot the PC out the window.Solution - I went to the back of my computer set-up and lo and behold I found that the monitor connections had come loose. I tightened everything up and 'bingo' my displays have never looked better.Have a nice day and be happyBadbiggles2

In that case mine have been loose for the last 3 years! Along with a couple hundred thouusand others...I remember I loaded a new game and moved the computer a little to plug in a gamepad. Started the game and had no sound. Spent 30 minutes troubleshooting and decided to load new drivers. Still no sound and now its been well over an hour. So I surf the net and must have found 500 tips and advice to solve the problem. I tweeked, reloaded, changed around 50 settings still no sound.Hey,maybe its that gamepad so when I went to unplug it, You guessed it, the main plug into the sound card had come loose.

Badbiggles2,>>...I found that the monitor connections had come loose.<
