Can any one tell me the proper settings for a Radeon X1600 512 meg. AGP card? In the Catalyast control panel should I let the application decide or set the sliders for best appearence and frame rate? Also why does the shirt+enter and shift+ backspace function not work in FSX, the key board commands say they do?KenDell XPSWindows XP800 FSB2.8 Pent IV processor2 gigs memoryRadeon X1600 AGP 512 memoryAudigy II SB80 gig hard drive

for you I would set AA at X4 AF at X16 MIP on performance and leave the fancy CCC AA and AF off. Turn off VPURecovery.

I also have the X1600 pro with 512. The highest framerates I have been able to see with all the tweaks installed is 12-13fps on the ramp and 5-7 in the air, and dont even try to fly one of the birds with a glass panel the fps drops to less than 5 I have my card set for performance, FSX set to Low and Lowest possible graphics.I hope you have better luck than me!

I was told to try these settings. I would set AA at X4 AF at X16 MIP on performance and leave the fancy CCC AA and AF off. Turn off VPURecovery. Also I did the steps and I am getting 15 to 25 FPS.http://www.fox-fam.com/wordpress/?page_id=41
