PLS HELP with WATER textures

I have some problems with water textures - sometimes some squares of it become like a terraint looking, with roads, fields and so on. When flying closer it's changing to a normal view. Or terrain textures changing randomly, starting to show roads or smth like that.My PCAMD 64+ 3000Asus k8n-vm1024 ramgeforce 7900 gt
