Then I set both values to 0 and lost my taxiway signs. So the entry is having SOME effect. But I've still got the slick runways in rain, and I'm not seeing a framerate boost.Any suggestions? Rest of rig is Core2Duo 6600 (stock speed) and 2 gigs of RAM.

Some more info here. I tried adjusting this with RivaTuner. Overriding the pixel shaders did get rid of the rainslick, but also took away my white taxi signs. I tried all settings lower than 2.0, from 1.1 to 1.4.
