I found a link to this guys site on Kim Komando's site, and looking around at his software, He has a couple of programs for controlling processor affinity. I downloaded the one for "more" than 2 cores, as I have a quad core, and you can set the affinity for any or all of the processes at once. He says on his site that the one for 2 cores is easyer to use but I have not looked at it but the one for more than 2 cores seems to work very well.
