AIRPORT 2002 VOL 1

Featured Replies

Hi all,Has anyone got & using Airport 2002 vol1 with the patch from Wilcopub?Just wanna know if any problems like FPS & hanging of the PC has occured.I got the product & faced some slow frame rates..thinking about uninstalling it!!!!thanks.

The patch you refer to is just to make Airport2K2 work with 98/ME.Frame rates stay as they are: low, extremely low.I have a [email protected] with 756DDR over a GF4600 and still it givesme between 5-8fps.I dumped it while waiting for my Pentium VIII with GF-FX-4.... :-(G.

Hi guys,I have se same fps problem, but with me is rather strange! I had (and still have) until last week a AMD Athlon 1.4, 512Mb SDRAM, Geforce3 Ti500, and when I installed the A2002 it gave me a decent fps around 10 and 12.I just assembled a new computer, a PIV 2.4Ghz, DDR512, Geforce4 Ti460 from Chaintec, and overall I gain quite a lot in fps (on some cases it seems it double), but incredibly with A2002 it get to the half of the usual.Since I still have the other computer I check the Nvidia drivers configuration and set them to the same, and still no change. And in the other at the same time and exacly with the same FS2002 (I just copied the FS2002 from one to another after install it on the new machine). For me is rather strange, since when I bought this package, I was kind of impressed with the detailed and not hurting de fps. So where is the problem??Thanks to anyone who can guess the problem...Miguel
