Odd Scenery behavior on new build

Hi all, I Apologize in advance for the long post. My first post, although I have been lurking at these boards for years. Anyway, have just upgraded to a new build from an old computer.Old-Abit IC7G,2 GB HyperX Ram, P4 3.2 Presscott, Gainward Geforce FX 5900XT Factory OC'ed 256 mb, Win XP Home SP2, I-inc 19" LCD, FS9 settings 1024X768, WD 80G Sata drive, M-Audio Revolution SoundCard. This computer is also used for other stuff (MS office, etc.)FS9, various Payware & freeware sceneries, Ultimate Traffic,Radar Contact, Wilco 373, levelD 767,Flight1 727, MDMaxPro, RFP 747,PSS 757,777, PMDG 737,747, FS2Crew 737,767,747, FS Nav, Registered FSUIPC. Installed on D drive.New Build-Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3R, 4 GB Crucial Ballistix PC8500 DDR2,Intel e8400 3.0 @3.6 GHz,EVGA Geforce 8800 GT Superclocked 512 MB (Not using Riva tuner or NTune), 169.44 nVidia drivers (dated 3/08), Sceptre 24" widescreen LCD, WD 250GB, 350BG Sata drives, Soundblaster Audigy SE soundcard, FS9 video settings at 1600X1200, WINXP pro SP2 & Vista Business in a dual boot config, FS9(XP) & FSX(Vista) installed on D drive. Latest DX9 & DX10 drivers. Saitek Pro Flight system (Flight yoke & tri-throttle). Only other software on this build is anthing needed to run FS, no extraneous stuff.FS9 was clean istalled from scratch in the following order-FS9 & patch, Payware sceneries, freeware sceneries, F1 727, Wilco737, RFP 747, MDMaxPro, PSS 757,777, LevelD-767, PMDG 737NG 600-900, PMDG 747, FS2Crew for LD767,PMDG 737, 747, Ultimate Traffic, Radar Contact, FSNav, Registered FSUIPC. For the most part, I couldn't be happier with the new build as far as running FS9. Everything is as smooth as silk (FSX is another matter, but I really don't care too much at this point). Anyway, I came across a rather odd situation. When setting up the new build, I made sure to use the identical settings in the FS9 display settings dialog. But I noticed when at the Simflyers KDFW, in my old rig, all the ground AI traffic was visible at any distance. In the new build, the only AI ground traffic visible are the planes near me (a radius of about say 1 Terminal- in other words, if I'm at TermB, only traffic at TermB is visible). When I get closer to the other terminals, then the traffic shows up. I doulble checked my settings in the display dialog, and they are identical. (Am still running FS9 on the old machine). Nvidia control panel settings are similar also. A comparison of the 2 FS CONFIG files shows that everything is identical, as far as display settings go. Oddly enough, although I haven't tested all the add-on airports yet, so far this is only occuring at Simflyers KDFW.Both builds regularly defragged.FS aettings-All sliders to the far right except no shadows. Weather sight 80m, Cloud 40m, Simple clouds Hardware-Render to texture T&L Trilinear filtering MIP set to 4 Hardware rendered lights set to 8 Global texture-MassiveIs it possibly related to NVidia control panel settings? In both builds, the NVidia control panel settings were left at installation default, as up until now, I have not had any major issues that needed me to change these settings.
