April 2, 200818 yr Anyone own this that can provide me with the link to where I can get a profile for the yoke and throttle.I cant seem to find it on the Saitek website. April 2, 200818 yr I swapped my CH yoke for the Saitek a few months ago. A personal note on software for these kind of devices:I have found over the years that the control software with devices like this, whether it be from Saitek, CH, or Logitech etc., usually create more problems than they solve. Other peoples mileage may vary. For what it's worth, here's my advice:1.Don't install the Saitek software at all, just let Windows recognize it as a HUD with the system drivers. 2.Use FSUIPC to calibrate it, and set it up. If you don't have the full version of FSUIPC, it's well-worth buying it, believe me.3.Delete any reference to it in the FS control panel, and let FSUIPC control it exclusively. Sometimes you have to delete the default settings in FS several times before FS stops trying to "help" you by setting the default every time you re-start FS. Hope this helps.regardsGrahame
April 2, 200818 yr Thanks for the input. And yes I do own a copy of FSUIP but I have no Idea how to set it up using yokes. I have always used the fs built in assignments, etc.
April 2, 200818 yr However, DO install the drivers for the yoke so that you can have the time displayed on the LCD display, AND proper calibration.George DorkofikisAthens, Hellashttp://online.vatsimindicators.net/811520/1704.png
April 2, 200818 yr If you do decide to follow my advice, it's true that the clock won't work. I forgot to mention that, sorry. But the stopwatch still works, even without the Saitek software, and for me that's more useful (I do have a wrist-watch :-))regardsGrahame
