April 9, 200818 yr Hi Mason,Yes, they are the same. I had a similar concern most recently. If you bought your memory in matched sets, as I assume you have, the model numbers are different than if you had bought individual sticks. Sandra is giving you the "individual sticks" model number. As for the speed, all 1066 memory is really just OC'd 800. So the indication of PC2-6400U DDR2-400 is correct.Regards,Jeff
