The Nvidia 177.92 beta display drivers have been released

Featured Replies

http://www.nvidia.com/Download/Find.aspx?lang=en-usI have downloaded and installed them and there's a slight increase in GPU performance from the 177.83 WHQL drivers. My overall 3DMark Vantage benchmark went up slightly from 13012 (177.83 drivers) to 13084. These new drivers are suppose to increase performance and fix DX10 problems in many games. FSX is NOT one of those fixed and DX10 visual problems still exist. Nvidia does not list any of the problems with DX10 Preview as an issue so they will never be fixed. I strongly believe the "z-buffering" issue where the runway lines appear to be flickering is caused by bad DX10 programming on the part of Microsoft and not a video card issue as alleged by Microsoft tech(s).In any case, just wanted to inform others in the event you want to try out the latest.Jim
