Recommended Posts

Guest grooveinjection

For some reason all of a sudden I cant turn my planes while taxi-ing on ground. Anyone know what may be causing this. I have FSX and running it on windows XP with a Saitek Pro Yoke. Thanks

Do you still have auto-rudder enabled in your FSX settings? You need this to turn the plane without dedicated rudder controls.Andrew

FSX never fails to amaze me.I recently had the same problem with the KingAir.Like you I had no clue what was causing it.I did go to the realism settings and sure enough, auto rudder was on.Something turned it on as I have never had it on.With some of these new planes like the 377 and the x-15 that have alot of extra functions, I figure one of them turned it on.Who knows??

Like you I dont know how it got turned on. I have been flying a 737 for the longest time with no problems until the auto rudder thing yesterday. Another question for you....no worries if I need to post in another forum. I have been trying to figure out how to use the auto approach for landings...
