December 20, 200421 yr Hello all, I seem to be stuck in trying to configure all of the buttons on my Logitech Freedom joystick. I'm running Windows XP on my machine. The "js_demo" program identified all of my button codes. But, the "fgjs" program hangs. It doesn't seem to respond to my "next" button pushes. I also know that my cordless joystick is not asleep. I've read the "Users Guide to FGInput - Joystick and Keyboard Bindings". But, the file locations mentioned seem to be for Unix/Linux systems. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I'd really like to program the buttons on my stick. All in all, there are 8 buttons plus a Hat switch on the joystick. It would be a shame to let them go to waste.
December 21, 200421 yr Lucky for you, a developer on the mailing list uses the same type of joystick as you do:http://baron.flightgear.org/pipermail/flig...ber/009912.html

The configuration files for varoius joysticks can be found in $FG_ROOT/data/Input/Joysticks, where $FG_ROOT is FlightGear's home directory.
