i seem to be able to turn right or left using the keys on the number pad, the engines are running, but i'm stuck. i tried using the B button upper or lower case and just can't seem to turn off the parking breaks.how to I get my airplane taxiing down the runway so i can accelerate and take off?3/9 don't seem to rev the engine up or downany ideas?

With Num Lock on:PageUp -- throttle upPageDown -- throttle downWith Num Lock off:9 -- throttle up3 -- throttle down

All brakes are off by default.FlightGear is more involved than other FlightSim. Don't be surprise if the aircraft (Cessna) banks/yaws immediately after take off. Use the rudder to keep the ball in the side-slip-indicator at the center.

Hi solodiver!Just downloaded FlightGear and have a similar problem with the throttle..:(( Parking brake should work with lower case b (my piper moves slightly in idle, so i could check this). I really hope someone can help us take to the skies soon!!have posted a message cooncerning CONTROLS, so let's hope we get an answer quickly.CUMarcador

I have a similar problem with my laptop. I can get the throttle up to work using my laptop's function key in conjunction with the 9, but the same doesn't work (or any combination I have tried) with the 3 to throttle down.
