That doesn't look like FlightGear.

what ?? it`s flight gear !!

>what ?? it`s flight gear !!I don't recongize that scenery.Anyway, would you mind putting your work under the General Public License? http://www.gnu.org/copyleft/gpl.html This way, your livery can get distributed along with FlightGear.By the way, you mentioned in another thread that you are from China. Would you mind translating FlightGear's web site into Chinese? We need more people from your timezone.

sorry , i don`t know how a GPL working , there is no any trainning execise in main land of china , thanks for point out , i`ll try to learn with it .okay , i can translate the english version of Flight-gear`s website into a chinese version if i have enough free time without officcing .

Your work looks truly amazing, it's hardly believable that these screenshots are showing FlightGear! >sorry , i don`t know how a GPL working , there is no any>trainning execise in main land of china , thanks for point out>, i`ll try to learn with it .The GPL is simply an opensource license that you could use to allow FlightGear to include your work into the official FlightGear version.Basically, this is exactly how FlightGear works: many volunteers make modifications to their installation of FlightGear and release their modifications under GPL, so that these changes can be sent to the FlightGear team. However, you will need to have exclusive copyright about your work in order to license it under an arbitrary license, so if you used any 3rd party work (i.e. images) you would first have to contact the corresponding copyright holders to get their permission, too.But given these truly remarkable screenshots, that's probably going to be easy.>okay , i can translate the english version of Flight-gear`s>website into a chinese version if i have enough free time>without officcing .As you seem to have a 3D modelling background and apparently managed to modify FlightGear quite heavily in several regards, it might also be interesting for many users if you could document your experiences and maybe provide some simple hints or even howtos about how you achieved these truly remarkable things?

thanks , i am sure i will find out some details , happily to see so many people like the flight-gear , but some bugs on game itself must be fixed first .

>thanks , i am sure i will find out some details , happily to>see so many people like the flight-gear , but some bugs on>game itself must be fixed first .It would be useful if you could provide some more details about the nature of these bugs. Also, depending on how serious the bugs that you encountered are, you may want to consider reporting them to the FlightGear Devel mailing list, so that the developers are made aware of them.

okay , i`ll do it , thanks .

That's a clever superimposition of your very nice looking FlightGear 747-400 over that screenshot from Racer car sim. (Another excellent collaborative simulator, BTW.) That Mazda RX-8 for Racer was created by the very talented "Stecki". The scene (or track) is Nurburgring-North, the legendary 13 mile long road course in Germany. You've inspired me to perhaps virtually bring a nice Racer vehicle into FlightGear! Maybe park my Lamborghini Gallardo next to my Citation II 550 jet at KSFO on the GA ramp. Cool idea eh?Best, RealWingo

great introduction !!
