Tell me what info>you need to help me furtherUnfortunately, you didn't provide your complete system specs (hardware/software, as mentioned in some of the other threads), so it's kind of hard to make an informed guess. However, given your description you may want to make sure that your system is actually capable of running (other) OpenGL software properly, also you may want to try running FlightGear directly, rather than using fgrun (the launcher)-you should be able to find corresponding instructions using the forum search.

I tried everything, looked through the forums, updated my video drivers, etc. I gave up. Once .99 came out, I hoped the problem had been remedied, but it had not. After toying with program for some time, I finally found a way to get it to work. Here's what I did:Rightmouse on the flightgear icon and choose "properties". Select the tab marked "Compatibility". Checkmark "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" then select "Windows 98/Me" in the dropdown list below. Click "apply" then "OK".This worked for me. Hope it helps you.My system: Acer Travelmate 8104WlMi - 2Gb mem, ATI mobility X700, WinXPpro.Best Regards,J.
