>x( I have tried to download new aircraft, but i do not know>where to put them to install them into Flight Gear. How do you>do it...Aircraft are contained in so called 'tarballs', these are compressed archives that first need to be uncompressed/extracted, usually this should create a whole directory structure, so the contents of aircraft archives need to be placed in a separate sub folder within the aircraft folder under $FG_ROOT/Aircraft. So, you will want to browse to your FlightGear installation folder and extract the corresponding aircraft archives to a new directory under $FG_ROOT/Aircraft. If you do not know how to do this, you are most likely not yet sufficiently familiar with your Mac and you may want to consider asking for help via the Mac FlightGear support forum provided by the Mac FlightGear project at http://sourceforge.net/projects/macflightgear (forum at: http://sourceforge.net/forum/forum.php?forum_id=431588)Also, you may find this thread: http://sourceforge.net/forum/forum.php?thr...forum_id=431588 (specifically, posting:http://sourceforge.net/forum/message.php?msg_id=3448978) interesting.
