Beechcraft 1900D Problem

Featured Replies

Hello, I am a new user to flightgear. I am having a problem getting both the panel and the model to display in version 0.9.9. I have installed the aircraft in the data/aircraft dir making sure the subdirectories were present. However, when the sim starts, I don't see a panel and the model is nothing more than a couple of shapes in green and blue colors. Are there any special addon programs I need to install or anything else I'm missing? Any help would be appreciated. The latest graphics drivers are installed. Pentium 3.2 GHZ 1 gig SDRAM WinXP Pro ATI Radeon X300 SE

Regarding the same aircraft, I have another kind of problem. Panel appears correctly, all ok there, but the VOR doesn't seem to work. Has anyone else noticed that?

You would probably have better chances discussing any issues if you use the FlightGear mailing lists:http://www.flightgear.org/mail.htmlIt is in fact very likely that there are many parts that are not yet properly modeled or even not yet implemented at all. So, in order to determine whether the problems you are experiencing are in fact problems or simply "features" you may want to use the aforementioned mailing lists in order to get in touch with other users, as well as possibly the aircraft maintainer himself.
