May 4, 200620 yr Hi,I didn't even have a joystick plugged in but I plugged one in just in case but it still does exactly the same thing.

May 6, 200620 yr Could you please try starting FlightGear with non-default settings, i.e. a different aircraft/airport/runway (see fgfs --help --verbose)Also, could you please try answering some of the other points mentioned on that webpage, i.e. whether you generally have working OpenGL support, the output of glxinfo, your X version, whether you are using nvidia's binary drivers or not. Apart from that it may be a good idea to either provide the full output you obtain from running FG with log-level=bulk, or at least the last ~50 lines.Additionally, please note that this forum is certainly not the ideal place to discuss FlightGear issues as it has a sort of inofficial character, the FlightGear mailing lists are thus a much more appropriate place, not only because more users are subscribed to these lists, but also your chances of actually getting in touch with the developers are much better:http://www.flightgear.org/mail.htmlSo, if you should find that your problem cannot be sufficiently addressed here, please consider discussing your problems on the mailing lists, preferably providing also ALL of the required information.
