How to run on Win XP w / All-in-One Radeon 8500

Featured Replies

Does anyone know how to get the program running under this configuration?Win XP, All-in-One Radeon 8500 DV, Athlon 1.4G w / 500 Mb. i download, install and when i try to run, it just shuts down. From what i have been able to see from the Forum, it looks like an OpenGL problem. Are there any drivers for my particular card? i've tried the ATI site but can't find anything there. Any help would be appreciated. When i installed it on my old HP Pentium III, it started up and ran just fine, considering the processor and RAM available...Have a great evening!

>Does anyone know how to get the program running under this>configuration?as long as we don't know anything about the error messages or warnings that you get when running FlightGear, as well your FG related settings, it will be extremely hard to provide suggestions for solutions, so while the problem may in fact be related to issues with your OpenGL driver, it may also have a number of other causes, too.So, if you should find that updating your driver, does NOT solve the problem, please consider checking out the following site which provides an overview about what data is usually required in order to be able to provide competent support:http://seedwiki.com/wiki/flight_gear/how_t...you?wpid=247004>Are there any drivers for my>particular card? i've tried the ATI site but can't find>anything there.
