Segmentation fault (Yes, I see the other threads)

Featured Replies

I installed flightgear from the Ubuntu (Dapper Drake) universe repository today and all I get is a segmentation fault. No other text just the fault. I've even tried getting it to show me what's going on and it just says that it's a segmentation fault. I'm not using a joystick right now. I just installed it to get it running for now.

However, in the latter case you can probably expect to have a hardware/driver issue, or simply a binary that wasn't really compiled for your very platform or setup.
