September 30, 200619 yr I'm having fun comverting some Alpha Simulations models for use with FlightGear. These are licensed "Freeware/Non-Commercial", so they can't be GPL'ed, but I'll be putting them in my hangar. The MiG-21 is mostly done, and an early version is up at the hangar: http://home.comcast.net/~davidculp2/hangar/hangar.htmlNote that this is compatable with 0.9.10 or CVS (so far) only, because it uses the newer JSBSim configuration format.Presently working on the F-4N, a very well done model. I'm at the stage now where I'm re-applying the textures to the AC3D mesh:http://home.comcast.net/~davidculp2/hangar/F-4N.jpgNext step will be cutting out, texturing and animating the control surfaces. I'm using a borrowed F-15 FDM for now, but it will eventually have an Aeromatic-based JSBSim FDM.For those who missed it earlier, the link to the Alpha Simulations Freeware models is: http://mysite.wanadoo-members.co.uk/alphasim1/index.html
October 2, 200619 yr Very nice! I've flown the MiG-21 already, that was fun, and I'm looking forward to trying the F-4.
