1.You can paint any model for your own use, you can paint almost any other model with permission from the group..this is usually done by sending them an email found in the readme or on a forum. The repaint policy can usually be found in the package, if not visit the site that has made the model and find it there.2.Yes it probably can if it is an AI model but Im not sure how to do integrate it into SB.3. Paint Shop Pro (PSP) or Photoshop (PSD), Paint Shop Pro is considerably cheaper.4. Yes you can for your own use but if you plan to distribute you have to get permission from the author. The details can usually be found in the readme.It is always best to read the readme before attempting a paint you would like to distribute then there should be no problems :)
