July 25, 200421 yr I've been trying to paint the new excellent freeware PWDT L-410 ( pwdt_l410fg.zip ) using the repaint kit that comes with it. The paint's included in the package is split into FG_fuse1.bmp and FG_wing1.bmp in the texture folder, but the FG_Repaint_Kit1.psd is one file with both of these included in the sheet. How do I split the FG_Repaint_Kit1.psd into FG_fuse1.bmp and FG_wing1.bmp when I'm done painting so that they show correctly on the aircraft? I use Photoshop.Any help appreciated.
July 25, 200421 yr Edit* Ok, im new to these forums didnt see that 2nd post...I think you mean you have 2 different textures put onto one photoshop file?I think what you can do, is duplicate image by going to "image>duplicate" and then flatten your image.Copy and paste one texture section to the appropriate texture, and then lower the opacity of the layer on top to about 50%. zoom in close and line up distinguishing lines, and once they are lined up, zoom out, and put the opacity back to 100%I hope thats what you need solved...
